EXECUTIVE FORUM REPORT
Amplifying
Black Excellence
February is Black History Month in the U.S. It’s often marked by highlighting narratives of struggle and celebrating obstacles that the Black community has had to overcome.
It’s important to honor that history. But it’s also vital to do something else, this month and all year round: celebrate and normalize Black excellence, achievement, humanity, and joy. We focused on celebrating what the Black community has achieved in corporate America, while also sharing success stories of how companies can support that achievement, without tokenizing their employees.
