Pride is not only rooted in the celebration of the LGBTQIA+ rights movement, it also serves as a reflection of the decades of work to overcome prejudice and advocate for equality for this marginalized community.
While the world has seen great strides to increase the LGBTQIA+ inclusion, the professional world still has a way to go to reach true inclusion.
